Problems Using MicroSaver DS With MacBook Pro
I purchased the Kensington MicroSaver DS because I was going to be using my 15″ MacBook Pro (non-unibody) at a customer’s site for three weeks.

Pretty good, does the trick.
Works pretty well; at first, I didn’t really know how to use it so I had to get the hang of lining up the little nubs that go into the kensington lock slot on my computer.

Best Laptop Security Lock-At least Right Now
I bought one of these locks and waited about 4 days for it to get to my house. The lock is very easy to use(no learning curve), and provides good locking protection.

Decent security for MacBook Pro
Using this laptop security cable with a 17″ MacBook Pro (older style, not unibody construction) and am pretty happy with it. Installs and uninstalls pretty quickly.

Works the way it’s supposed to
Secures a notebook to any immovable object in a hotel room, or in an office, provided, of course, that there is such an object available.

DOA.
I recently received this product and it was broken out of the box. The locking mechanism had faulty bearings which made it impossible to open/close.

Appears to be Very Solid
I got this lock to secure my laptop while I was working at a trade show. I felt it was a good strong anchor to the table leg cross supports I had it looped around.

Does not fit slot
This lock does not fit unibody Macbooks, nor is it possible to make it fit without removing the rubber scratch protector from the lock.

Very nice, works perfectly with my 17″ Macbook Pro
Originally bought a Kensington model with a combination lock for my Macbook Pro (last years MBP) and had some problems with it but this one, with the key, works great.
