The wire connecting with the fan comes off easily
there are 2 wires that connect the power source (usb) to the fan and they come off easily..

Does the job, but is dismally designed
Yes. This unit keeps notebooks cool and the fans are very quiet. But that’s all the positives I can state for this product.

Works fine for now. I had the exact model before, but one of the fans died, than another. I’ve had several of these kinds of cool pads. For under $20.

Disappointed
Product is very flimsy and cheaply made. Two fans work and one fan only works for a few seconds every time it’s turned on. I recommend investing in something different.
